Praying the Bible: Psalm 90: 1-3, 8-9, 12, 17

Lord, you have been our dwelling place
    throughout all generations.
Before the mountains were born
    or you brought forth the whole world,
    from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

Good Morning God, thank You for another day. You have been faithful always, even when I am not. God please help me to see You in everything, and too know where You do not want me to be. You know all, You are over all, and I trust you. There are times though when I am not sure which way to go. Help me see You, hear You, and follow You.

You have set our iniquities before you,
    our secret sins in the light of your presence.
All our days pass away under your wrath;
    we finish our years with a sigh.

God forgive me. I am not always polite, or forgiving, or even kind. Everyday I am reminded of how far removed from You I would be without the blood of Jesus covering my sin. God please don’t let me waste the time You have given me. Bind my tongue from the things which are not pleasing to You. Forgive me for the sins and habits which are against You, change me to be who You created me to be. Help me God to walk in Your purpose for my life, and to honor You.

12 Teach us to number our days,
    that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

Lord please don’t let me take for granted the time you’ve given me on earth . I’ve wasted so much already. So many years of stupidity and waste. Forgive me for the time I was far from You, and the times I ignored Your voice in my life. Give me wisdom Lord to recognize You and Your purpose.

17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
    establish the work of our hands for us—
    yes, establish the work of our hands.

You are God and You will be glorified. God show me the work ahead of me, and God PLEASE remove distractions. Help me to see Your plan and not wander in my own way. I am tired Lord, but I know that You will give me rest. I know that Your ways good and perfect. God put Your work right infront of my face, show me what You would have me do.

Thank You God for Your love, forgiveness, and faithfulness.

Amen.
